COMMISSIONS INFO | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I.GENERAL TERMS
✧Please send as many references and details as possible about what you’d like for your commission; photos, art, character design pages, and written descriptions of story;aestetics, mood, color, setting, or pose are perfectly acceptable and recommended!
The clearer the idea, the easier I can interpret requests and work with you!
✧If I am not explicitly told to draw something a specific way and/or the reference is ambiguous, keep in mind that I will use some level of creative liberties.
✧Keep in mind,my prices are estimates, and complicated designs or numerous details will increase the cost in the form of a complexity fee. (Notify me if you’re working within a budget; I will do my best to accommodate!)
✧If the deadline is within 10 work days from the day of payment of the order, that rush order constitutes a 50% additional charge at least*.
*(50% (or more) of the total cost of the commission in question). If the commission is especially complex and the deadline extremely tight, this is subject to increase.✧I do not work on Saturdays or Sundays.

II.PROCESS
✧Email me about your order and I'll let you know if I have any slots available.
Please send as many references and details as possible about what you’d like for your commission; photos, art, character design pages, and written descriptions of story, mood, color, setting, or pose are perfectly acceptable and recommended.
The clearer the idea, the easier I can interpret requests and work with you!
✧I'll accept your commission, and full commission price is paid to me.
✧I will send you a sketch (or several, depending on the commission and complexity), upon which you will provide feedback. On approval, I’ll move on to the finished product. If the client requests further updates in the process, they absolutely have that right, and I follow through!
✧If the commission is more complex (i.e., poster commissions, character design page, larger scale illustrations, etc), I will send you a refined sketch(s) for approval before moving on to line, colors, and overall completion. Any desired revisions are heavily recommended at this point.
✧When final artwork is completed,further revisions will cost extra.
✧The artwork as a high resolution digital file (PNG,TIFF,PDF,ect) is turned over to you via google drive,email or whichever method the client prefers.
III.PAYMENT
✧I accept PayPal or SWIFT payments.
✧Some countries charge VAT depending on your location. I am not responsible for this separate charge and furthermore, it is illegal to add it to the price of the commission or shipping. Please keep this in mind.
✧Since PayPal still isn't working fully in my country, I unfortunately have to ask you to do your transfers in "Friends and Family" and NOT IN "Goods and Services" format. I really hope this inconvenience is temporary!
VI.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
✧I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites for portfolio purposes.
You are never permitted to sell, edit/modify, distribute, claim credit, or use my artwork for advertising (e.g. commercial usage) in any forms. All artworks are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
✧COMMERCIAL PRICE: If you wish to sell merch or any commercial projects using my art, the fee will be 300% of the original price! I still have copyright over the art and my watermark will remain.IF YOU WISH TO BUY FULL COPYRIGHT: 600% of original price,illustrations only.
✧The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Making money off it in any way unless discussed upon)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
PLEASE DO NOT REUPLOAD / REPOST MY ARTWORK ON ANY OTHER SITE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND PROPER CREDIT.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR COMMISSION ONCE IT’S RECEIVED. I MAY DELETE THE SAVED WORKS TO CLEAR SPACE ON MY PC/GOOGLE DRIVE.
